Week Three

League of Ordinary Gentlemen fantasy football newsletter

Week 3 split the league into two perfect teams, two winless teams, and six teams doing tiebreaker math in September.

Team Robottom and Lock in fn are the perfect ones; Jackmerius Tacktheritrix and Sutt-Dog are memorizing pizza toppings.

The LOG card went 4-1, which pulls the LOG prediction record to 5-4 and above .500 for the first time. The one miss was AINTS dat a B Payola, and that one is on AINTS too.

The games

Lock in fn 149.20
Sutt-Dog 126.30

Lock in fn is 3-0 and nobody in the league can name one loud thing they did to get there. Sutt-Dog put up 126, a real football number, and still lost by 23. The pizza party is now a three-week lease.

Biggest beatdown+67
Pimp Trick Gangsta Clique 152.40
AINTS dat a B Payola 85.00

One week after eating the biggest beatdown on the card, the Clique served it. Bowers made his Clique debut, meniscus and all: 10 catches, 116 yards, a touchdown, and a 35-27 Raiders win in New Orleans that makes Vegas 3-0. He beat the Saints and the AINTS in the same afternoon. AINTS scored 85, which is less a fantasy score than a Texas speed limit.

Size Matters 157.50
Drake It To You Make It 96.60

The LOG pick said Size. Size said 158. Drake It To You Make It scored 97 and sits at 1-2, still deep in the faking-it portion of the program.

Team Robottom 183.50
Jackmerius Tacktheritrix 132.10

Robottom hung 184, the high score of the week, and made it look like a scheduling formality. Jackmerius scored 132, outscored three other teams, and still lost by 51. The name keeps doing all the intimidating and none of the winning.

Closest game+3
CeeDeez Nutz 141.30
Prestige Worldwide 138.30

Three points. One field goal. CeeDeez Nutz will frame the receipt. Prestige posted 138, the best losing score of the week, and also lost De'Von Achane to a torn ACL for the rest of 2026. The saddest trophy in fantasy now ships with a waiver bill.

Power rankings

After Week 3
1
Team Robottom 3-0 -

558 PF, most in the league by 47. The rest of the table is playing for second and a screenshot.

2
Lock in fn 3-0 -

Undefeated against the third-highest PA in the league. Still boring in the best way.

3
Size Matters 2-1 -

Second in PF, third in the seeds, 158 this week. Keep the warning label facing out.

4
CeeDeez Nutz 2-1 -

Won by 3. Close wins count the same, and CeeDeez knows it.

5
Pimp Trick Gangsta Clique 2-1 ▲2

Lowest PA in the league and a 152 on the board. The aura filed for unemployment last week and got rehired.

6
Prestige Worldwide 1-2 ▼1

Lost by 3 with the answer sitting on the bench. The reboot is buffering.

7
AINTS dat a B Payola 1-2 ▼1

Posted the low score of the week by almost a dozen. Hard to hunt a signature win with the safety on.

8
Drake It To You Make It 1-2 -

Lowest PF in the league. Chase and Jefferson on the roster, Drake Maye and a league-high seven giveaways under center. The pizza spot is holding a table under this name.

9
Jackmerius Tacktheritrix 0-3 -

Highest PA in the league, which is bad luck. 0-3, which is not only luck.

10
Sutt-Dog 0-3 -

Scored 126, lost by 23, still hosting the pizza party. At least the oven is warm.

4-1 on the LOG card, 5-4 on the season. Arrows show movement against last week's rank.

Crime blotter

1

AINTS dat a B Payola

Wrong QB, right bench

QB. Started Jalen Hurts (15); Joe Burrow (38) sat. Twenty-three points on the pine. Would not have flipped a 67-point loss, but it would have made it look like football.

2

Jackmerius Tacktheritrix

Name brand over box score

WR. Started Malik Nabers (8); Michael Wilson (26) sat. Eighteen points on the pine. Not the difference in a 51-point loss, but 0-3 teams do not get to leave change on the counter.

3

Prestige Worldwide

The math was right there

QB. Started Kyler Murray (11); Bo Nix (27) sat. Sixteen points on the pine in a 3-point loss. This is the one that cost a game.

Week 4

LOG picks · record 5-4
Sutt-Dog
Pimp Trick Gangsta Clique

ESPN has the pizza party host by 2. The LOG pick goes with the team that just hung 152.

Drake It To You Make It
Lock in fn

Drake projects by 2. The LOG pick has watched Lock go 3-0 without raising its voice and is not betting against the quiet.

Jackmerius Tacktheritrix
AINTS dat a B Payola

Both teams made this week's Crime blotter. Jackmerius projects by 2 and needs it more than anyone on the card.

Prestige Worldwide
Size Matters

Biggest projected gap on the card at 28. Prestige needs a QB call it does not regret and a post-Achane backfield plan. Ollie Gordon II is the first name to check, if he is still out there.

Game of the Week
CeeDeez Nutz
Team Robottom

Two of the top three projections on the board. Robottom by 6 on paper, and CeeDeez has already shown it can win by a field goal. The LOG pick stays with the undefeated team until somebody makes it sweat.
